eHow is a nice company to write for. They have a template for the How To articles to be written in steps giving the articles a nice flow for the most part.

They pay per view like a lot of content sites but the community seems good and the views add up pretty quickly.

With enough articles and a little marketing the pay out could be reached fairly quickly. There are some who say they are making $10.00 daily from just page views. They usually have written over 100 articles to reach that amount but it's worth it they say because it builds a passive income.

The articles keep doing the work long after you've done the work of writing them. They get picked up by the search engines which brings traffic which creates more page views thus more income.
