New eHow Article On Adding Fiber to Your Diet

Adding fiber is my latest try at becoming healthier and maybe to lose weight too. They say the added fiber creates a fullness so you don't overeat. Sometimes just the thought of that makes me jumpy because I like to eat. I worry that the fiber will make me feel "artificially" full and not satisfied but unable to eat what I want.

Yikes!

Even so, I'm trying this and so fart the results are okay. (I decided not to correct my Freudian slip.)

My bowels are working better and with a sluggish thyroid I needed the help.
I do feel full and at times more satisfied so I don't go looking for more food soon after eating.
